About the Role
The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, engaging through social media, online platforms, emails, and calls. The role may also involve participating in demonstrations and trade shows. We are seeking a service-oriented, empathetic, and responsive professional who understands the importance of timely communication in the digital space and can thrive in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Role Purpose
This position is suited for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include promoting products, assisting with warranty processes, and managing inbound and outbound communications within the contact center.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via calls, chat, social media, and email.
- Develop strong product knowledge to offer accurate advice and troubleshooting.
- Process orders and warranty claims promptly and accurately.
- Manage customer expectations, resolve issues effectively, and foster positive online reviews.
- Maintain a professional brand-aligned tone in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and customer experiences.
- Support team culture by demonstrating leadership, mentoring peers, and aligning with company values.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, mediate, and resolve conflicts.
- Comfortable managing multiple service channels (calls, emails, chat, social media).
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Genuine passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
