Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct canvassing/sourcing, solicit quotations from qualified /accredited suppliers, complete Abstract of Quotation per PR and make recommendation
  • Ensures that the company gets full value for the money it spends at the right cost, with the required quality and efficiency
  • Ensure uninterrupted production by obtaining and ensuring delivery of goods and services of acceptable quality at the right time and place
  • Cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with all the concerned departments or offices of the company adequately to achieve and maintain complete understanding and due verification of the needs on one hand, and due appreciation and consideration of pertinent supplier or sourcing information on the other hand.
  • Resolve all complaints on purchased goods and/or services. ·
  • Provide support for the management of inventories of purchased goods so as to meet the user requirements of the company's departments at the lowest possible cost.
  • Process outstanding approved PR's and ensures completion and closure of purchase orders and overdue deliveries.
  • Review vendor performance and drive performance improvement activity. ·

Qualification

  • At least graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent) from reputable school. License Engineer is desirable.
  • With 1-3 year purchasing and sourcing experience with extensive leadership
  • Computer Literate with exposure to various ERP/MRP and IT systems
  • Extensive project management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
