The Procurement Buyer, Hospitality Operations Non-Food is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring hospitality operational nonfood requirement items for the organization, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role requires knowledge of industry standards, market trends and vendor management to support operations of the Alphaland Hospitality operations.

JOB ROLE:

  • Procurement Operations - Source, evaluate, and procure hospitality non-food items (Rooms and F&B OSE, housekeeping, laundry, IT, marketing collaterals, general supplies, spa, etc.). Issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Vendor Management - Identify and build relationships with reliable hospitality vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for cost savings and favorable conditions. Evaluate vendor performance for quality, service, and compliance.
  • Quality Control & Compliance - Ensure purchased items meet hospitality quality standards. Conduct inspections and audits of vendor products and facilities.
  • Market Research & Cost Control - Research market trends, pricing, and product availability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative vendors/products. Monitor and manage procurement budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records (purchase orders, invoices, contracts). Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost efficiency, and vendor performance. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments and budget alignment.
  • Integrity & Ethics - Uphold transparency and adhere to procurement policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in procurement
