We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager I to lead marketing strategies and initiatives that drive brand growth, expand customer reach, and support business objectives in the Philippines. This role requires expertise in brand management, product launches, campaign execution, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing programs aligned with corporate and regional strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and propose new product launches for the Philippine market.
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing strategies to increase sales and engagement.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, sponsorships, and promotions to strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage departmental budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment in branding and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Training teams to support promotions and product initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for digital and offline sales channels to expand market penetration.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives that enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide a marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong background in brand management, product development, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to provide actionable business insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php180, Php195,000.00 per month
