Management Trainee Program Leading to PR Manager Role

Job description:

  1. Develop and implement the company's HR strategies; must be able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English to ensure HR activities align with company goals.
  2. Design, optimize, and manage processes related to recruitment, training, and internal control, ensuring efficiency and quality in HR operations.
  3. Ensure diversity in recruitment channels (e.g., job platforms, social media, campus recruitment) to attract talent from various backgrounds and industries.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment partners to enhance the company's market reputation.
  5. Organize and analyze HR data to produce regular human resources reports.
  6. Assist with interviews and follow-ups; support the design and implementation of candidate evaluation frameworks.
  7. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support initiatives to cultivate and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

  1. Priority Candidates: Graduates from prestigious universities in Northeast China who have studied or worked abroad

    Other candidates: Graduates from other top domestic universities with overseas study or work experience
  2. Age: 35 or below
  3. Height Requirements:

    Female: 165 cm and above

    Male: 170 cm and above
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, clear and organized thinking, strong overall abilities
  5. No HR work experience required; fresh graduates or beginners are welcome
  6. Nationality: No restriction
