JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Creates and implements comprehensive training programs, including content development, facilitation, and evaluation

· Creates and develops effective training curriculum

· Delivers engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse employee groups

· Collaborates with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities

· Develops and maintains training materials, resources, and documentation

· Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness

· Provides coaching and support to employees to reinforce learned skills and behaviors

· Contributes to the overall talent development strategy and initiatives within the organization

· Conducts effective orientation programs for all incoming employees

· Conducts Training Needs Analysis and Succession planning to provide opportunities for growth of the whole organization

· Identify and assess future and current learning and development needs of employees

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3-5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

· Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences

· Proficiency in needs analysis, instructional design, and the development of training materials

· Has proven track record of successfully implementing and evaluating training initiatives

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people handling and management skills

· Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

· Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred

· Willing to conduct store operations visits

· Full-time on-site with work location in Pasig City
