WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver training sessions ranging from 1-1 to large groups.
  • Adjust training schedules to accommodate changes or issues.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.
  • Plan upcoming training sessions.
  • Handle administration tasks.
  • Update and create e-learning content.
  • Develop training materials relevant to Operations needs.
  • Update data/reporting and collate information.
  • Liaise with support teams such as Client, Team Leader(s), or Workforce Planning.
  • Provide specialist advice to internal teams like Q.A.
  • Switch tasks rapidly based on priorities/urgencies.
  • Recommend or implement improvements to training content.
  • Prepare training reports and analysis.
  • Participate in internal/external calibrations.
What you need to have:
  • At least 2 years in college.
  • Minimum of 2 years in travel background.
  • At least 2 years as a trainer in a BPO setup.
  • Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to handle large groups in a blended learning setup.
  • Experience in creating and developing learning materials.
  • Officially recognized training qualification/certification.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Solid time management skills and flexibility with shifting schedules.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Customer service skills and dedication to customer care.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with all levels, including client interfacing.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to set and adjust priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Sabre Red 360 is an advantage.
