JOB SCOPE:

The position is mainly responsible for tracking of the company's cash inflow and outflow. It is in-charge of reporting all cash transactions and bank reconciliations. Records transaction and ensures organized records keeping.

Operational Tasks:

· Process payments in line with compliance requirements and timeline set by the company

· Maintain and update Treasury disbursement books on a daily basis

· Update Quickbooks for daily financial transactions

· Sends daily cash position for Makati Bank Accounts

· Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation every 3rd day of the following month

· Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports

· Communicate with banks to address any account issues and queries

· Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records.

· Maintain proper records keeping of all related documents

· Handle ad hoc projects in line with departmental objectives as requested

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Basic skills in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Similar work experiences an advantage

Knowledge on accounting system

Proficient in oral and written communication

Coordination, judgment and critical thinking

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

College graduate

With 2-years' experience in accounting

Computer Literate
