  • Receives cash, card payments or cheque from client-patients and ensures that the amount received/ released is accurate.
  • Issues receipt for every payment.
  • Attends to client-patient queries and concerns regarding payment transactions.
  • Manages daily balancing and reconciling of daily income and handles bank deposits.
  • Transfers income activities into accounting applications and ensures the integrity of entered data.
  • Posts payments to appropriate patient records and maintain logs of daily receipts.
  • Coordinates activities with the accounting department to ensure creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintains petty cash logs, receipts and balances on a daily basis.
  • Manages and secures daily transactions
  • Accurate and proper endorsements to colleagues
  • Assist in releasing cash and cheque for doctors and suppliers
  • Handle Proper filing of documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any 4 year course/Diploma Graduate
  • Ability to operate computers and other office machines.
  • Must be able to take responsibility and work under pressure.
  • Efficient and Trustworthy
  • Ability to work under pressure and shifting schedule.
  • Ability to handle multi-functions.
  • Ability to communicate with the medical/dental staff and Office Managers.

Job Type: Full-time
