JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Utility (Maintenance) plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the production area by performing maintenance, repair, and general support tasks. This position is responsible for keeping all production equipment, facilities, and work areas clean, functional, and safe. The role also assists the production team in handling materials, organizing tools, and ensuring that production runs efficiently and without disruption.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment and facilities.
  • Support the production team by preparing, cleaning, and organizing work areas before and after operations.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and immediately report any irregularities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after use.
  • Comply with company safety rules and maintain a safe and orderly work environment at all times.
  • Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and quality control measures.
  • Participate in cleaning schedules for production areas, including machines, floors, and storage sections.
  • Cooperate with production and maintenance teams to meet daily production and maintenance goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a High School or Vocational Diploma in Industrial Technology, Maintenance, or related field.
  • With experience in production or maintenance work
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing repair is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling materials or equipment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to follow safety protocols and work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
