Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Specialist who specializes in commercial properties and enterprise clients. The role involves managing a portfolio of business-focused property listings and connecting them with companies and investors through our digital platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating smooth and professional transactions for high-value and strategic real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage listings of commercial and enterprise-grade properties (e.g., offices, retail spaces, industrial properties, business hubs).
  • Represent property owners, landlords, and developers in listing their commercial properties on the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and property investors.
  • Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable property options accordingly.
  • Facilitate negotiations between property owners and business tenants/buyers.
    • Ensure contracts, legal requirements, and government regulations are properly followed and documented.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth transaction flow and listing optimization.
  • Regularly update listings and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, viewings, and real estate events.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or handling enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market (leasing, sales, and investments).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, CRM systems, and online property management tools.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with business clients and investors.
  • Prior experience working with online real estate marketplaces (e.g., Lamudi, Property24, DotProperty) is a plus.
  • Background in working with B2B clients or enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
