Property Specialist

I. JOB SUMMARY

The Property Specialist position reports to the Sales Manager and he oversees the execution of sales strategies and initiatives of his group. He is responsible for generating leads and sales revenue for the company.

This position requires a thorough understanding and experience in real estate.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Spearheads lead generation and client presentation.

  1. Creates online advertisements and promotes company projects.

  2. Assist client viewing and project presentation.

  3. Prepares necessary documentation for every sale generated.

  4. Liaise between the client and the company.

  5. Provides timely updates to the client about his property and turnover.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have a bachelor's degree.

  1. Must have relevant sales experience in real estate (at least 1 year minimum)

  2. Must be knowledgeable with MS Office and Power point.

  3. Must be knowledgeable in creating reports.

  4. Must be computer savvy.

  5. Must be willing to travel with a valid Philippine passport (with an existing visa is a plus)
  6. Must have above-average communication skills.
