Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect, verify, and count all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders or delivery receipts.
  • Check the condition of goods, identifying any damages, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Verify that items are properly labeled and tagged before storage or dispatch.
  • Cross-check outgoing goods against delivery notes, sales orders, or pick lists.
  • Document and report any shortages, overages, or product damages to the Warehouse Officer.
  • Assist in sorting, arranging, and organizing goods within the warehouse.
  • Work closely with warehousemen to ensure correct storage of verified items.
  • Maintain accurate and updated checking logs and inspection records.
  • Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales for any discrepancies in orders.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php19,000.00 per month
