Job description

Qualifications & experience

  • Registered Nurse
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer/client management & facing skills
  • Proficient with Google Applications such as G Docs. G Sheets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Review the relevant documentation on each chart, including notes, orders, referrals, history, and physical summaries.
  • reading of the patient's history.
  • Message Clinicians regarding major errors for them to address
