Summary

The CAD Designer is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations that comply with project specifications and brand guidelines. This role requires strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, efficient coordination with project stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and documentation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities are directly tied to the performance metrics of the role:

I. Technical Design and Production

  • Produce and deliver high-quality design outputs, including technical drawings, 3D models, and revisions, ensuring the Timeliness of Deliverables by meeting all deadlines.
  • Ensure the Accuracy of Technical Drawings by creating error-free outputs upon first submission/review.
  • Maintain Design Quality & Compliance by strictly adhering to all brand guidelines, specifications, and regulatory standards for all design work.
  • Generate high-quality 3D Visualization Output (perspectives and renders) that accurately reflect the design intent.

II. Project Coordination and Efficiency

  • Ensure Coordination Efficiency by demonstrating high responsiveness and effective communication in coordinating design information with internal teams (e.g., Project Managers, Engineers) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors).
  • Provide Cost & Material Support through proactive research and generation of cost-saving recommendations for materials and design methods.

III. Documentation and Quality Control

  • Manage Documentation & File Management to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and proper turnover of all final design documents and files.
  • Create Site Visit & Monitoring Reports that are complete and submitted promptly following site inspections.

IV. Initiative and Problem Solving

  • Engage in effective problem-solving by quickly and efficiently resolving design-related issues encountered during project execution.
  • Demonstrate Initiative & Flexibility by readily accepting and completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager that fall outside core duties, contributing to overall project success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
