Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across all gas station sites, including fuel systems, building infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction, remodeling, and capital improvement projects.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors; provide training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure timely response to service requests and emergency repairs.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, fire, and fuel storage regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, local codes).
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Track and report on maintenance and construction budgets, work orders, project progress, and compliance logs.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and safety teams to support overall business goals.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to assess facility condition and prioritize work.

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
