Our client is looking for an entry-level or rising mid-level Project Engineer with construction management, engineering, or similarly focused major/experience with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness/desire to develop themselves through hands-on experiences. The function of this role is to manage and support the field operations on projects. You will report to the Project Manager, but your primary responsibility will be to ensure the foreman and crew have the materials, equipment, and information necessary to complete the job.

As an extension of the Project Manager, this role is ultimately responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer's goals while protecting and promoting the company's interests. WORK SCHEDULE: TBD, follows Philippine holidaysPOSITION TYPE: Full TimeWORK ARRANGEMENT: RemoteESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist the Project Manager/Estimator to maximize project efficiency and profitability

Determine and acquire project specifications and relevant drawings (takeoffs) to be reviewed with the Project ManagerDevelop a defined scope and measurements using software and field measurements

Support the Project Manager in establishing project budget, goals, and process/procedures

Maintain performance standards to complete project scopes of work

Seek and retain knowledge specific to the company's trade scopes and role-related software and tasks

Work with safety team to ensure proper safety procedures are met or exceededQUALIFICATIONS:A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, but not required1-2 years of experience in Construction is preferred, but not required

Ability to pick up, learn, and be proficient with new systems, software, and tasks and to become proficient with them

Interest and passion for the construction industry

Reliable, team player, self-starter

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and vendors
