What is your mission?

We are looking for an FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across P&L, revenue, and capital expenditures. This role partners with executives to deliver insights, drive performance improvements, and support decision-making through advanced financial modeling and data analysis. You'll leverage tools like Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to create actionable strategies that elevate financial performance and growth.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Act as the primary business partner for financial planning and analysis.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting to exceed business targets.
  • Partner with executives to evaluate and recommend financial strategies.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly financial discussions with stakeholders.
  • Leverage Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to financial analysts and junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate finance standards.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • 3–5 years experience with multinational companies and U.S. GAAP compliance.
  • Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and managing international financial systems.
  • Proficient in Oracle EPM, Tableau, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial models).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
