- Crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages
- Ensuring top-notch quality and presentation of every drink
- Delivering excellent customer service, responding to questions and feedback
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and maintaining equipment properly
- Assisting with stock management and restocking supplies as needed
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of barista experience or similar customer service role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
