Job Title: ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer Location: 100% Remote

Hours: 8am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday (40 hours a week)

Type of Position: Contract Duration: 6-months (extension is highly likely but not promised)

N-Tier Solutions Inc. is looking to hire a ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer. Our client, ConfigureTek Inc., is an IT service provider and is a proud partner of ServiceNow, HPE and VMWare. You'll be supporting ConfigureTek Inc. and become an integral part of their ongoing collaboration with Marriott, one of their long-standing and valued customers. You'll be a member of ITOM Mapping experts and reporting into Lead ITOM Expert and an Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Work with stakeholders to determine requirements and the extent of mapped services

· Collaborate with different teams to support precise discovery of IT assets and services

· Develop custom patterns, probes, and sensors

· Monitor discovery and mapping results, and resolve any anomalies

· Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Has a ServiceNow development or software engineering background

· Must have strong experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping, Discovery and CMDB

· CSDM experience is an advantage

· Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

· ServiceNow CIS - Service Mapping/Discovery certification is preferred

· Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

· Completed an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline

· Able to work 8am-5pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
