Job Description

A global company is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join its Global IT Service Management Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for optimizing IT service delivery. The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of ServiceNow applications and modules across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripts, and user interfaces.
  • Manage system integrations with other platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Create and update documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Support and train end-users and stakeholders globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in international projects and contribute to global IT initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform (development and administration).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript; familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, XML is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and project delivery.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a virtual, multicultural team environment.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
