Client Outreach Specialist

We're looking for an experienced and driven Client Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, sales development, and a passion for building lasting relationships. You'll play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
As a Client Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients through various channels. You'll initiate contact, build rapport, and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential clients and new business opportunities.
 - Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media platforms.
 - Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to generate leads.
 - Set appointments and meetings for the sales team.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in the CRM system.
 - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and share insights.
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
 
- A college graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in a sales development, client outreach, or a related role.
 - Proven experience in lead generation and client outreach.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools.
 - Strong research and analytical skills.
 - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
 - Expertise in identifying and qualifying high-value leads.
 - Ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively via various channels.
 - A persistent and persuasive approach to outreach, capable of handling rejection and staying motivated.
 - Exceptional ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
