Job description:

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising management/communication/Broadcasting.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Target-driven and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

COPYWRITING

  • Prepare creative concepts and write content for various marketing collaterals requested by clients such as product announcements, event invitations, product flyers, product promotions, etc.
  • Perform copywriting, editing and proof-reading services of all print and related marketing collaterals.

ADVERTISING

  • Coordinate with external suppliers for processing of advertisements (print, TV, radio, transit both internal and external)

PUBLIC RELATIONS

  • Provide public relations support by coordinating with different Public Relations companies whenever necessary.
  • Keep track of the latest events by maintaining an updated database for press release.
  • Coordinates with the press to promote company events and updates related different products.
  • Ensure archiving of WSI news release through the use of the marketing database.

DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Create and manage content of the company's webpage, Facebook page and other social media platforms.
  • Create and implement a digital marketing initiatives in relation to the company's overall marketing directions as needed.

All other functions/responsibilities that may be deemed necessary in ensuring the success of delivery of events management & promotions team
