Document Control Clerk

Job Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• College Graduate
• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of document management systems, version control, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all documents are accurately recorded, categorized, and filed in compliance with organizational standards.
• Input and update document data in registers, ensuring that information is current and correct. Maintain a system for tracking 'document versions and revisions.
• Distribute the latest approved versions of documents across the organization.
• Develop and implement document control procedures to streamline the flow of information and ensure proper document management.
• Create and generate document control reports as required, providing updates on the status of documents, revisions, approvals, and 'distributions.

• Maintain files, monitoring, and records, ensuring they are organized and accessible
• Safely store documents in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring that they are protected from damage and deterioration.
