Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's / College degree in Office Administration or Engineering

Skills:

  • With knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Internal Quality Audit
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Must be a team player and can work with minimum supervision.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and can work under pressure and meet the required deadline of the needed documents.
  • Can do multitasking.
  • Dependable and keen on details.

Experience:

  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of work experience in archival of records or records management; exposure to ISO-certified company an advantage

Job responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the document approved by the section if it complies with the ISO 9001:2015 Management System, for approval of the President of Integrated Management System.
  • Administer, control, and classify of use of all internal and external documents registered in the Document Control Center.
  • Duplicate the latest documents registered as Integrated Management Systems records and distribute them to the section concerned.
  • Preserve and maintain the master copies without damage and unauthorized release until their retention and preservation period
  • Assist the Quality Manager in preparing requested documents by the customers & government regulatory bodies.
  • Initiate review and update of procedures, standards, work instructions, etc. based on Document Control Procedure
  • Keep external documents related to regulatory and statutory requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
  • Keep and update internal and external documents related to customers and the Integrated Management System requirements.
  • Conduct training for all employees on the basics of document control procedures.
  • Conduct 5S to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of his/her assigned work area.
