Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow of construction activities.
  • Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports and updates to management.
  • Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient implementation of tasks.
  • Address and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays at the project site.
  • Review and recommend solutions for technical and construction-related problems.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, material requisition, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and as-built records for turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project supervision or site management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites.
