Successful candidate shall be responsible to the following:

  1. Manages day to day activities and operations of all water sources (deep wells)

  2. In-charge of budget appropriations for operations and maintenance of water supply systems infrastructure and equipment

  3. Strategic in his planning and concepts for the optimization of water supply system operations including cost.

  4. Monitors and ensures availability of spare parts of all equipment and consumables necessary for operations of water supply systems

  5. Ensures that relevant permits and reports in sustaining the water supply operations are updated and complied with.

  6. In-charge of customer management and transactional needs with business partners, associates and clients.

  7. Responsible for the efficiency and achievement of deliverables of operators and technicians under his area of responsibility.

  8. Introduces innovations and other improvement measures in the operations of water supply.

  9. Ensures that work procedures, compliance requirement and safety measures are enforced in the day-to-day operations.

  10. Spearheads all the operational development or project - piping line, standards and specifications including the civil/structural details, construction interfaces.

  11. Proactive in the operations especially when there are projects that will affect continuity of water supply.

  12. Familiar with regulations, standards, and specifications applicable to residential, commercial, and industrial settings regarding water supply rates and other requirements.
