Role Overview

Our organization seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to optimize the financial planning function. This leader will oversee financial analysts, provide actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and build a best-in-class FP&A framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and Scaling FP&A Functionality: Building robust processes and systems, implementing financial forecasting models, budgeting frameworks, and reporting tools.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Supporting clients' annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, analyzing financial trends, KPIs, and business drivers to provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Overseeing preparation of internal and client-facing financial reports, designing and improving financial reporting templates and processes.
  • Team Development: Managing, mentoring, and developing the FP&A team, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Working cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operational teams, partnering with client service teams to deliver customized financial analyses.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Professional Expertise: Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles, expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication skills, creative and strategic thinking, self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, advanced professional certifications preferred.
