Shift: Mid Shift (typically afternoon to late evening)

Interview Schedule: Normally conducted during night hours

Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong automation skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. This role requires hands-on experience in test automation and working in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated UI and API test cases using modern automation frameworks
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA processes
  • Plan, execute, and analyze automated test results
  • Support manual testing when necessary
  • Report and track defects using Jira or similar tools
  • Troubleshoot issues across environments, including production
  • Validate API integrations through automated and manual tests
  • Perform regression, smoke, and release testing

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation
  • Proven hands-on experience with automated testing of complex web applications
  • Expertise in front-end automation using JavaScript-based frameworks such as: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, WebDriverIO, Protractor, Jest
  • Experience with API test automation tools such as Postman or RestAssured
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Proficient with Git for version control
  • English communication skills at B2/C1 level or higher
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with load and performance testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
  • Back-end automation experience (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Mobile app automation testing experience (iOS/Android) using tools like Appium
  • Domain knowledge in airline, travel, or e-commerce industries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring tools
