Sales Consultant

The job incumbent is primarily responsible for achieving sales and distribution objectives by establishing new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as the liaison between the client and the production team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met with every job order.
1.Prepares yearly sales plan and submits to immediate superior for approval
2.Understands and promotes the company's products and services
3.Seeks and follows leads to acquire new customers
4.Meets and develops working relationships with the decision makers
5.Meets required number of customer visit on a daily basis
6.Prepares Job/Product Specification Form (JPSF) and submits to Sales Coordinator to initiate processing of customer proposal
7.Presents Customer Proposal Letter (PL) to customer and explains thoroughly and discusses each clause contained therein
8.Negotiates contract terms with customers and successfully closes sales
9.Gives immediate feedback on customer concerns to the immediate superior for internal resolution with the concerned department(s). Follows up until these are effectively addressed with urgency
10.Provides immediate feedback and action to the customer with complaint according to policy
11.Requests the customer to accomplish the Customer Feedback Form upon receipt of delivery
12.Works closely with partner Sales Coordinator on all office and production activities related to his/her customer
13.Works toward exceeding predetermined targets set by the immediate superior
14.Strengthens relationship with existing clients to continuously grow business with them
15.Submits timely and complete Weekly Activity Report (WAR) and Liquidation Report to immediate superior for discussion & approval
16.Prepares Employee Productivity Report (EPR) daily and submits to immediate superior
17.Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Experience(s):
At least with 1-2 years relevant work experience
Specific Knowledge:
Knowledge in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Account Management, Basic Selling Skills knowledge, Geographical knowledge within Metro Manila
