Job Brief

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support a 3-month project (20 hours per week, with possible extension). The primary focus of this role is content creation and template development for LinkedIn posts, email content, and branded visuals. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative execution skills and a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to build structured, brand-aligned templates and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing assets including:
  • LinkedIn post templates and content
  • Email templates and copy
  • Branded PowerPoint presentations
  • Canva visuals
  • Execute content creation with minimal back-and-forth coordination
  • Support website rebuild project by providing high-quality content and assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
  • Deliver work on time within project timelines

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong capabilities in content creation, design, and template development
  • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools for producing branded visuals
  • Understanding of LinkedIn content best practices
  • Ability to work from clear briefs and apply brand guidelines effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or content production
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging marketing content across multiple channels
  • Experience building structured templates for LinkedIn, email, and presentations
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English
  • Portfolio showcasing creativity and template/content execution is required
