Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration. (Being a Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage but not required.)
  • With at least 2-3 years of solid experience in processing shipping documents or handling documentation in a Customs Brokerage or Freight Forwarding company.
  • With strong understanding and familiarity of shipping documents, customs terminologies, and import/export documentation procedures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple documentation requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • A problem-solver with strong analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Must have a high level of common sense, with quick comprehension and adaptability to instructions and process updates.
  • Possesses good character, initiative, and passion for delivering excellent support to the team, especially during rush shipments and tight delivery deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications — particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including use of advanced formulas).
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, diligent, and a team player, committed to accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
  • Effective communicator, confident in both written and verbal communication.
  • Must demonstrate strong work ethics, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
