Your Role in the Team

Be part of our client's team as a WordPress Developer, where you'll build, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress and Elementor. You'll enhance user experiences, implement SEO and analytics solutions, support digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to operational systems that power construction and industrial projects efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3-5 years of web development experience using WordPress
• Proficient in both front-end and back-end development
• Experienced in UI design mapping using Figma or similar tools
• Skilled in UX design and optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experienced in website maintenance, security, page design, and QA/UAT
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Capable of presenting technical value to senior stakeholders
• Designs with UX in mind for internal and external users
• Familiar with e-commerce gateways and applications
• Works effectively in dynamic and changing environments with minimal supervision
• Collaborates within project teams and communicates progress clearly
• Performs efficiently in busy, high-pressure team environments
• Demonstrates strong commitment to quality, prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and stays self-motivated
• Applies additional marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks related to implementing, maintaining, and modifying multiple WordPress websites (Elementor) and custom scripting/HTML
• Ensure websites remain secure and accessible at all times
• Support marketing initiatives across digital platforms, including SEO programming, analytics integration, code monitoring, plugin installation, and other web-based IT tasks
• Roll out new website builds and upgrades promptly
• Contribute to operational systems by developing intranet programs across various business units
• Focus on delivering design outcomes across all platforms that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
