Your Role
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will:
- Manage, maintain, and update the roster timetable in accordance with both staff and client requirements
- Developing and maintaining a cost-effective roster within a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Ensure that rostering adheres to all applicable compliance regulations and applicable legislation
- Escalation of operational issues & incidents, including report writing.
- Coordination of after-hours static guarding services.
- Data entry of information into proprietary operating systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients & different internal departments
- Identify risks and deliverables, and manage these effectively
- Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the Operations Manager and National Operations Centre
- Reconciliation and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Experience in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles in the Security / Defense Industry.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster.
- Experience in a high-volume call/Operations Centre environment would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrable computer literacy skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a high-paced team environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think laterally and solve problems
- Possessing a professional and courteous phone manner
