We're looking for a detail-driven Jr. Manual QA Engineer who can break things before customers do. If you've got solid fundamentals in manual testing and basic API testing chops, this role is your runway.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases with precision
• Perform basic API testing (POST, GET, PUT, DELETE)
• Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers
• Support regression and smoke testing activities
• Ensure test results are accurate, complete, and timely

Qualifications

• 1 year of manual QA experience
• Basic understanding of API concepts and tools like Postman or Swagger
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work night shift

Jr. Manual QA Engineer (Day Shift)

Location: Makati (Hybrid, 3x onsite weekly)

Overview

Seeking a Jr. Manual QA Engineer to support test execution, documentation, and quality control across product releases.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual test execution
• Create and update test cases
• Report bugs and support retesting
• Collaborate with dev and product teams for defect resolution
• Assist in smoke, regression, and system testing

Qualifications

• 1 year manual QA experience
• Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Day shift availability

Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer

with Intermediate API Testing & Basic Automation Experience

Location: Makati (Hybrid, 3x onsite weekly)

Overview

We're expanding our QA team with a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer who's comfortable testing APIs and has entry-level exposure to automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Perform intermediate-level API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
• Write and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• Contribute to basic automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent)
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs during sprint cycles
• Support root-cause analysis and ensure defects are tracked properly

Qualifications

• 3+ years manual QA experience
• Proven API testing experience
• Basic automation experience
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Senior Manual QA Engineer

Preferably with Retail Industry Experience

Location: Makati (Hybrid, 3x onsite weekly)

Overview

We're hiring a Senior Manual QA Engineer who will lead quality initiatives, mentor junior testers, and bring domain expertise from retail or ecommerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of manual testing across projects
• Review test strategies, test cases, and quality metrics
• Perform complex functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Ensure test coverage and best QA practices are followed
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual QA experience
• Retail or ecommerce domain knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong experience in test planning and test documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps

Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer

Preferably with Retail Industry Experience

Location: Makati (Hybrid, 3x onsite weekly)

Overview

We're looking for a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer with solid QA fundamentals and preferably retail domain exposure to enhance testing processes and ensure consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing across functional and regression suites
• Create, manage, and optimize test documentation
• Collaborate with dev and product teams for defect resolution
• Participate in sprint planning and QA reviews
• Support UAT activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years manual QA experience
• Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of QA processes and SDLC
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Php35, Php75,000.00 per month
