The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the companys vehicle fleet, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and logistics management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the delivery fleet, including route planning, driver schedules, and vehicle assignments.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs; implement improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drivers and fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reports on fleet performance and driver compliance.
  • Handle fleet-related incidents, accidents, or issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Assist in budgeting and controlling fleet-related expenses.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate fleet staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
