Key Responsibilities: Asset Deployment & Retrieval

  • Review delivery and pull-out schedules submitted by the CMU Clerk and approve the looping schedule as applicable.
  • Receive Asset Deployment Requests (ADR) and Asset Return from Trade (ART) forms from the CMU Clerk.
  • Oversee the preparation and availability of cabinets for deployment according to schedule.
  • Supervise the proper arrangement and organization of cabinets in the dry warehouse.
  • Double-check repaired cabinets to ensure defective parts are replaced, complete, and fully functional based on the CMU Acknowledgment for Pre-Deployment Form.

Inventory Management

  • Prepare the Daily Inventory Report of cabinets in Excel based on reconciliation of physical count versus COM portal records.
  • Monitor daily progress of looping schedules to ensure all deployments and pull-outs are completed.

Condemned Cabinets Disposal

  • Conduct weekly disposal processes for condemned cabinets in line with Selecta HO requirements.
  • Submit all required documentation (e.g., photos, HKR Cabinet Evaluation Form, serial number photos) to HO via email.
  • Oversee the retrieval of condemned cabinets from the dry warehouse and Fleet bodega.
  • Coordinate with scrap buyers for pick-up and ensure all documents—such as DOAS and Gate Pass—are properly secured.
  • Receive cash payment for disposed units.
  • Delete condemned cabinet records from the Switch system 1–2 months after disposal, upon HO-CMU's advice.

Outbound & Inbound Asset Movement

  • Review all close-out shipments processed by the CMU Clerk at the end of each day and correct any data entry errors.
  • Handle cabinet allocation for depot transfers (e.g., Cebu to Tacloban, Bohol, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Bacolod, Roxas).
  • Book trucks and oversee dispatch and loading of cabinets for inter-depot shipment.
  • Create COM Request Tickets for stock transfers and proceed once approved.

Receiving of New Cabinets

  • Inspect newly delivered cabinets from container vans for damage or missing parts.
  • Take and send photos of any damaged units to HO-CMU or group chat for proper supplier coordination.
  • Encode details of all received cabinets—good or defective—into the Excel Asset Receiving Form and submit to the COM Portal.

General Duties

  • Act as a responsible representative of the company when dealing with clients, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with all duties and responsibilities related to the CMU Supervisor role.
  • Perform other functions and tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
