Assists the Operations Supervisor in:

  • Organize plan & schedule the daily routes of trucks and drivers, in tandem with on-site coordinator (if available).
  • Maximizes daily trips performance giving attention on influencing factors such as driver's mental and health condition, fatigue-control, overall trucks' mechanical and tires' condition, road and weather condition.
  • Monitors daily, drivers' health and mental condition for safety reasons.
  • Update the various OZ in the communications such as group chat where daily information and updates are needed. Answer queries on operations.
  • In-charge of inter-OZ coordination with regards to operational needs.
  • In-charge of working/revolving funds and its proper usage and liquidation.
  • Coordinate with TSU or in-house mechanics, on PMS schedules, repair schedules, roadside rescue and quick response. Includes brief analysis of breakages, wear-and-tear, materials performance, cause-and-effect, and spare parts needed. Includes response time and completion time. Recommend preventions to save on costs.
  • Assist the drivers and helpers in cases of roadside apprehension, or accidents.

Full-time Duties:

  • Monitors daily trips and accomplishments, using GPS and other acceptable communication app, urgently act on incidences and quick response solutions. Submit daily trips accomplishments to CF for salary purposes.
  • Update the G-Drive information for analytics. Includes all information on routes, fuel allocation and consumption, incidences encountered and quick response solutions, road and weather conditions affecting the trips.
  • Facilitate billing and collection in the consolidation of trip tickets, delivery documents, timely submission to concerned parties both internal (CF) and external (customer).
  • Monitors the daily mandatory activity of "360 check" of the drivers. Instruct quick solutions to conditions where there is potential damage before it occurs.
  • Monitors per trip fuel consumption, actual trip kilometer run through odometer report and GPS app, compared to fuel allocation. Report substantial deviation to authorities for corrective action.
  • In-charge of tools and materials accountability in coordination with on-site coordinator or in-house mechanics, or in case of basic truck tools and materials, with the accountable drivers
  • In-charge of tire management and its inventory – tire groove depth measurement, tire rotation, tire cut/burst prevention, regular nut torque and records in tandem with the drivers, tire security markings, and replacement requests.
  • Organize files both electronics and physical files, for quick retrieval and reference.
