Suntra is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the efficient movement of goods, materials, and resources to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, such as delivery instruction, waybill, bill of lading, delivery receipt.
  • Liaise with trucking, forwarders and customers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods.
  • Assist in tracking deliveries and resolve delivery issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to logistics and transportation.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics.
  • Continuously assess and improve logistics procedures to enhance overall productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledgeable in using office machines, Microsoft Office, Gmail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
