Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring the company's fleet and logistics operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role oversees vehicle availability, scheduling, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with dispatch, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management

  • Monitor and track the status and availability of all vehicles in the fleet.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Implement and manage systems to track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance requirements.

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all vehicles are serviced on time.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams or external service providers for repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair activities, including associated costs and timelines.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to streamline operations and promptly resolve issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing fleet movements to optimize delivery routes and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance status, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential concerns, and areas for improvement.

Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all fleet- and logistics-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using logistics or fleet management software and relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
