We are seeking a Service Delivery Team Manager who will play a key role in growing the leaders who grow our teams. In this role, you will directly support a group of Service Delivery Team Leads and indirectly guide multiple SRE teams across various customer environments. You will foster a culture grounded in our BVMMs (Beliefs, Vision, Mission, and Methods) through clear leadership, strong ownership, and a genuine commitment to people and customers.

This role requires a leader who balances operational excellence with people development, someone who can dive deep into technical concepts while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Service Delivery Team Leads, ensuring they succeed in guiding high-performance SRE teams.
  • Align operations with customer goals to consistently provide high-quality, reliable technical support.
  • Set and reinforce a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning within your organization.
  • Coach, support, and empower SDLs—strengthening their decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers by communicating value, resolving concerns, and co-creating improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Security, Automation, and People Operations to strengthen processes and scale best practices.
  • Ensure service stability and operational alignment across distributed or 24/7 teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in service delivery, SRE, DevOps, or technical operations.
  • 3+ years managing Team Leads or people managers in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of SRE and IT operations frameworks (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, infrastructure automation, etc.).
  • Proven success overseeing distributed or 24/7 technical teams.
  • Able to balance client needs, internal team health, and business priorities across multiple regions or environments.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of conveying clarity, empathy, and strategic direction.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, PCIDSS, or exposure to leadership coaching and FinOps is a plus.

Working Arrangement:

Full onsite - Unit UV, 2F, Crossroads Mall, Gov. M. Cuenco Ave. Brgy Kasambagan, Cebu City

Shifting Schedule: 6AM - 3PM | 2PM - 11PM | 10PM - 7AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php160, Php180,000.00 per month
