Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and corrective maintenance of telecom tower sites including power systems (gensets, batteries, rectifiers) and cooling systems (air conditioners).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot site outages, power issues, and equipment failures to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, installation, and servicing of site equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all on-site activities.
  • Perform site inspections, audits, and generate maintenance reports.
  • Maintain and update the asset inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and escalate technical concerns as needed.
  • Support new site integrations, relocations, and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field).

Preferred Traits:

  • Familiarity with local terrain and routes within the Bicol region.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Can respond to emergencies and be on-call when needed.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecom fieldwork, operations, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Gensets (diesel generators)
  • Air conditioning units
  • DC power systems and rectifiers
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and site documents.
  • Willing to travel across the Bicol region for site coverage.
  • Must be Bicolano-speaking or a resident of Bicol (Sorsogon, Legazpi, Naga, etc.).
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in field conditions.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
