Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land, topographic, and construction site surveys using RTK GPS and total station equipment.
  • Perform site layout, staking, and setting-out works for roads, other civil works.
  • Collect, process, and validate survey data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain survey records, field notes, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure proper interpretation of survey data.
  • Monitor and verify elevations, alignments, and dimensions during construction.
  • Ensure survey instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and stored.
  • Follow safety standards and procedures while working on-site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor in Land development construction projects.
  • Proficiency in using RTK GPS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying methods, mapping, and geodetic principles.
  • Skilled in Basic AutoCAD, Civil 2D, or other survey-related software.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
