We're Hiring: Collections Representative

Salary: Up to PHP 30,000

Schedule: Shifting | Night Shift

Location: BGC taguig

Start Date: ASAP | HMO Day 1 | 10 SLs

About the Role:

Are you experienced in handling healthcare revenue cycle management and insurance claims? Join our team as a Collections Representative and be part of a dynamic environment where you'll play a crucial role in managing payment transactions, collecting balances, and ensuring accurate claims processing. This role involves working closely with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely and correct payments—whether through insurance, co-pays, or pre-authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on insurance accounts receivables within timely filing limits

Call patients regarding their payment dues and collect pending balances

Submit claims, medical records, and appeal requests for reconsideration

Handle claim denials, rejections, and submit adjustments or write-offs

Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments via calls and emails

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA/confidentiality standards

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in Healthcare Insurance Collections

Knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management, claims processing, co-pay, and pre-authorizations

Completed at least 2 years in college or holds an Associate/Bachelor's degree

Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written

Willing to work on a night shift (between 6 PM to 10 AM PH time)

Amenable to work overtime and weekends when required (with OT pay and night differential)

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Experience with Medicare or other U.S. insurance payers

Basic Excel, Word, Outlook, and typing speed of 35 WPM

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
