Business Development Associate

Identify, source, and recruit affiliates, influencers, and partners to promote company products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure active promotion and sales growth.
Develop strategies to expand the affiliate network and maximize product reach.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates.
Negotiate affiliate agreements, commission structures, and partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, with the ability to meet targets and grow the affiliate network.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
