About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent / Copilot Developer experienced in building and extending Microsoft Copilots, integrating LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, LLaMA), and automating workflows through the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in .NET development, with practical experience in Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint, and is passionate about creating intelligent, data-driven business solutions.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and a potential path toward permanent employment based on performance and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Microsoft Copilots and AI agents using .NET, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Build and integrate custom APIs, connectors, and logic layers for Copilot extensibility.
  • Connect and utilize data from Dataverse and SharePoint Lists for dynamic, contextual AI responses.
  • Develop automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Integrate ChatGPT and other LLMs for conversational intelligence and process automation.
  • Apply prompt engineering and optimize LLM performance, accuracy, and bias handling.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience in .NET (C#) development.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience developing or extending Microsoft Copilots (Copilot Studio, Copilot for M365, or custom Copilot SDKs).
  • Strong experience with:
  • Power Automate (building advanced flows and integrations)
  • Dataverse (data modeling, CRUD operations, and connectors)
  • SharePoint Lists (as data sources for Copilot or Power Platform solutions)
  • 2–3 years experience with ChatGPT / LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and API orchestration.
  • Understanding of LLM knowledge bases, bias mitigation, and response optimization.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a reliable computer and backup internet connection for remote work.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LLaMA, LangChain, or Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Experience deploying Copilots in Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of REST API design, JSON, and Azure Functions.

Compensation

  • Hourly-based, depending on experience and work complexity.
