Job Summary As an Applied AI Developer within our innovative team, you will design, develop, and deploy generative and agentic AI systems using Amazon Bedrock and the AWS ecosystem. This hands‑on role involves orchestrating multi‑step, autonomous AI agents to deliver business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms. Job Responsibilities Architect and develop end‑to‑end generative and agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and various LLMs. Implement multi‑step autonomous agents capable of reasoning, task decomposition, and tool use. Take ownership of AI projects from proof‑of‑concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑efficiency. Conduct prompt engineering, iterative model refinement, and integrate techniques like Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLM accuracy. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define AI‑driven workflows. Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices using AWS services like Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging research and technologies in generative AI and agentic systems. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment. Hands‑on experience with Amazon Bedrock and core AWS services like Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and API Gateway. Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine‑tuning techniques. Expertise in Python. Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents is highly desirable. Experience in React is an advantage. AWS Certified is an advantage.
