About the role

Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Construction Corporation is seeking a Roving Security Personnel to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive security services and ensuring the safety and protection of our assets and personnel.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular patrols and surveillance of our construction sites and facilities
  2. Monitoring and responding to any security incidents or emergencies
  3. Controlling and managing access to our premises
  4. Maintaining detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities
  5. Collaborating with local authorities and emergency services as needed
  6. Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role
  2. Preferably criminology graduate
  3. Proven track record of providing effective security services
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Familiarity with security equipment and technology
  8. Valid security license or certification
