PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop research briefs that are aligned with business strategies
  • Lead the flawless and timely execution of all consumer tests in assigned projects with minimal supervision
  • Lead the analysis of all consumer tests in assigned projects
  • Identify and recommend next steps and implications in assigned projects
  • Lead discussions with research vendors
  • Represent the CIA in cross-functional research discussions and help provide consumer test plans and directions
  • Support the establishment of a consumer-centric culture in the CIA organization
  • Other projects that may be assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Statistics, or Research
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of consumer research
  • Working knowledge of consumer research approaches and methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Has keen attention to detail
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of statistics and statistical software is a plus; SPSS and R
