About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BENSON INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE INC.' in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products, services, and policies
  • Handling customer complaints and working to find effective resolutions
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and communication processes
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer concerns
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software, such as CRM and MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and the local language(s)
